The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing. From the friendly and welcoming receptionist who spoke perfect English, to the attentive service throughout our stay, they really made us feel valued as guests.
All was absolutely fine during our stay.

Starting with the fact that is rated 4 stars, but in my opinion has 2, the ugly rooms, very crowded at the swimming pool, and finishing with the worst food i ever eaten, we payed all inclusive and had to eat at other restaurants.

Nice staff, large rooms, enough space for chidren in same room with parents (2 extra beds with no charge). Good location, not on the beach but close to it.
They put daily very cold water in pools (like 4-5 degrees cold), probably from underground spring, and in the morning we couldn't enter the pools. Water was too cold until afternoon. They have extremely poor offer as food for all-inclusive (2 kinds of meat, 3-4 kinds of side dish, only tomatoes, cucumbers, onion and loves for salad), except sweets and dessert which were many kinds. The cleanliness of the room was very poor, especially in first day when we couldn't walk bare-feet in our room because of hair and sand on the floor, the carpet was stained and very used and looked depressing. Next days they cleaned a little better the floor. The bath and the rest were ok. Between meals they had almost nothing to eat (we arrived before 4 o'clock and they had nothing available until after 6, kid was very hungry. Drinks are ok.

The hotel offered great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location, not far from the beach, made it convenient for quick trips to the seaside. The staff was friendly and provided good service, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms with balconies were a nice touch, allowing guests to enjoy some outdoor space. Additionally, the breakfast options were satisfying and varied.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was satisfactory.

Really large rooms, own parking.
The staff speaks poor or not English at all, the lady-manager - called cause of not working room a/c, played like she do not understand! The pool was great, but not chair available to put your things on! All the chairs were booked since early morning (by guest`s towels leaved on ....). May be they have to think about all guests and set room numbers on the chairs! It`s 4* hotel, you should have the law to sit! Very poor all-inclusive service! The food was also poor, no many choices, most of the meal refrozen....

Really big double-room, quite enough for 2-extra beds, nice pool with slides, crew and food in Chuchura restaurant, hotel is not far from the beach, accept Visa.
Air-condition (central) seems running but was not cooling at all. There was too hot to sleep even with open windows. Twice reported at the reception, no solution. "It's probably maximum what we can get..." Absolutely unacceptable in 4* hotel for 94 Euro/night. Poor noise isolation and a crowd of young noisy people. You can hear every door from the corridor and nearly every word through the paper walls at the midnight. Try apartments rather. Food was quite good but worse than last year. Less variety. And finally, we need to pay when we arrived.

I had a great time at this hotel. The location is perfect - very close to the beach and easily accessible by taxi. The hotel facilities are top-notch, including a beautiful pool and garden area. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. The whole place was very clean, including the rooms and towels.
Nothing for me.

This hotel is located at a great spot, close to the beach and easy access to restaurants and bars. One of the best aspects of this hotel is the friendly staff who always greeted us with a smile and were very helpful with all our needs. The rooms were very well kept, clean, and comfortable. Plus, the hotel has a great pool area and a variety of food options to choose from.
Although the food was plentiful, there wasn't much variety and sometimes the quality wasn't the best. the entertainment at the hotel was a bit lacking and there were some noise issues that kept us up at night.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel near the beach. The location was fantastic, not far from the beach, and it was a great value for money. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities provided were satisfactory. The rooms had balconies, which was a nice touch. Additionally, the breakfast offered a good variety of options.
I didn't have any major complaints about this hotel.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with daily towel changes. The outdoor area was perfect for children, with clean pools, slides, and a jacuzzi. The staff, especially the cleaning lady, were kind and helpful. The food had a great selection, except for dessert.
Nothing to fault.

The hotel had a nice pool for relaxing after a long day. the room was spacious and had a good view of the city. the location was near some good restaurants and shopping options which was convenient.
The hotel was lacking in other areas. the food was subpar and often not fresh.

The location of this apartment is simply mind-blowing - it's right in the middle of everything, but surprisingly not too noisy! Plus, the abundance of sunbeds by the pool is super convenient. The friendly animation team did a jaw-dropping job keeping us entertained throughout our stay. And while the meals offered enough variety at first, after a week it did get a bit boring. However, you can't deny the goodness of the food, especially the delicious soups, fruits, and ice cream options available. The staff in charge of breakfast and lunch were incredibly nice and funny, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to our meals. Additionally, the apartment had air conditioning, which was a much-needed relief from the heat. The well-maintained garden and pool area were a delight to explore, and the proximity to the beach made our stay even more enjoyable.
